To cut
down the cost of production and reduce Hexane consumption,
Mecpro has developed a high efficiency recuperation
system backed by Vent Air Cracking System, a fool proof
tecnique for maximum Hexane recovery minimising all
supervisory errors. By incorporation of this system,
Mecpro's plants are running on less than 0.6 kg. hexane
loss against the conventional process loss of 3-4 kgs.
Mecpro is capable to offer 25% reduction in any solvent
extraction plant in the world.
The filtration
pattern introduced by us is so efficient that we are
in position to make a guarantee of sediments below 0.05%
giving a crystal clear appearence to the product. This
